I've been waiting for payment since the 19th. At first I waited 48 hours for verification, then they wrote that payments were only made on weekdays, wait until Monday. But at that time they had Thursday and Friday, the payment did not happen. Now Monday there is no payment again.

These are violations of the 3-day deadline that they told me about.

Does not process my withdrawal 300 EUR

Nitrospins does not process my withdrawal of €300 which I made on 2024-04-17.

They don't give any answer to why, just that they are working on it. But nothing happens. Live chat just ignores and closes the chat when trying to get answers from them.

Can't find how I can attach files with proof.

Nitrospins doesnt pay my cashout since March 21st

I made 335€ cashout on the 21st of March and it's still pending.

The account is verified. Nitrospins just delays my payment and I don't know why.

They have very poor support and they give only runaround answers about my payment. For example, I haven't got any timeframe for my cashout to be processed.

Can you help me get my money?
