Stalling on a €10,000 withdrawal

Hi,
Pending time for withdrawal less than 12 hours. in my profile Its says withdraw completed but its already 2 weeks and I didnt receive my money 10k. Although chat is almost always offline, response times by email are very low. Now I am waiting and waiting... Looks like everyday customer supports are lying to me like wait today, tomorrow, next day etc. I read terms and condition, there written All payout requests are processed in the order of the queue within 72 hours if the requested amount does not exceed 1000 EUR or the equivalent in another currency and up to 7 days in case the requested amount exceeds 1000 EUR but since 24 October I am waiting, I didnt receive my money.
