I am having deposit refund issues
On 30/09/2023 I opened a NineCasino account and deposited £100. This did not show in my account so I assumed there was a problem with the Deposit and made another deposit of £100. When that didnt show, I checked my Bank Account and found the money had been taken. I contacted the online chat team and they told me it would take 48 hours to clear. I didn't want to wait 48 hours, I wanted to play then so I told them to close the account and return my money. The account was closed and they told me I would get the money back.
On 02/10/2023 I received an email asking me to send by SWIFT & IBAN details which I did that same day. I have heard nothing since and received zero response to any emails, I have sent 19 to date.
I have spoken to the Online Chat team every day since and they have given me a range of excuses from “the matter is being looked at by our responsible team” to “we need to see a bank statement to prove it hasn’t been paid already”. This is not disputed winnings, this is simply money i deposited. I made a review on Trustpilot which they responded to asking me to contact them, however this is clearly for show as when I emailed them on Saturday 14th October I have still not had a response.
I have recently enrolled in GamStop so cannot open the account anyway and to be perfectly honest this is making it very difficult for me to move away ftlm the Gambling Lifestyle as im constantly having to deal with this. I understand there is a delay but 18 days with no response to emails is not on and I am at a loss witn what else I can do. I have reported the matter to Curacao E-Gaming as advised on the site and had a response but nothing of substance. Even when I was doing this they refused to give me my PlayerID for the Complaing Form which was ridiculous. Hopefully this will be a different result.
