Delayed payment of 600 EUR
Hello,
I made a withdrawal request of 600 EUR on 4th November 0:52 AM via bank transfer. It was immediately processed of the payment department. It is showed as „done“ in my payment transactions on the website since 4th November 1:14 AM. Still no funds appeared on my bank account. After several discussions with the live support they tell me they have problems with their payment provider. They escalated my issue to their payment department. Since then its silent. I already wrote an email to their support team as well about this issue. It's been almost 3 days with no answer of their email-support Team and almost 7 banking days with no incoming payment yet.
I never had any problems with the casino before. I am fully verified and had several withdrawals. All of them were processed fast and I got my money in 1 or 2 days.
Hopefully this can be sorted out as fast as possible because I actually liked playing in this casino.
