I've deposited yesterday with BTC. Binance told me that my withdrawal as been successful but the casino never credited my money . I'm waiting again after 24 hours. Every time I'm trying to get some. Help on the chat the conversation close and I have to repeat my problem to different persons. In that case I don't feel to stay on that casino and want my money back if it's not possible to fix my problem.

Please send us the transaction id from the second screenshot. Thus we will have more info about this transaction.
