NetBet Casino - Takes too long with crediting my account

I made an deposit of 1000 euro and my account was not credited by the casino netbet. I emailed them and they said they had a delay and the problem woulf be fixed but thill now nothing has been done for me. This is very stressfull and causing me anxiety. I cant reach them on the phone as it takes very long for them to pick up and they also wont let me know how long it will take till the amount of 1000 euro gets credited back to my account. I dont think this casino realises the effecft of this and how bad this is impacting me. As a customer I would have expected much better customer service..

Unfortunately, Ideal had some issues that had as consequence a delay in the crediting of the deposits on the player's account.

You requested those funds to be sent back to you. Therefore, as soon as the funds were credited on your player account, the withdrawal was manually registered (last night).

This withdrawal will be validated shortly and you should receive the funds on your Neteller account.
