Hi Askgamblers,
I had the type of win all slots players dream of at Netbet. I made sure I had fully completed their verification process and was told clearly by Netbet I could withdraw my winnings without issue. I placed the withdrawal on 15/6/17 and it is now 9 days later and it still hasn't even been processed.
I have chased this up with Netbet every single day and am always told the same thing 'It is with another department we will contact you'. I even emailed it to ask for a manager to deal with it. I was told this would happen but once again nothing happened.
It is such a shame that as slots players we dream of hitting a big win, but then when we do the joy turns to frustration as we have to try and drag our winnings out of the casino. Thanks.

Email received saying my withdrawal has been validated. I believe with it being a visa withdrawal and heading into the weekend that it would take much longer than allowed for complaints in order to keep it open until the money is in my bank. However I am happy for this complaint to be marked as resolved as Netbet have confirmed they have processed the withdrawal. Thanks to Askgamblers for their help and also to Marcel for getting the issue over the line. Take care.

24 hours now since I provided the postal verification code. I am still being told that the withdrawal is 'awaiting approval'. Marcel could you please see if you could resolve this be the end of today as it is 15 days now it has been pending and I fear as its Friday if it isn't done today it won't be sorted until next week.
