NetBet Casino - Payment taking ages

I requested a payment on the 23rd feb yet today the whole process has been restarted again due to NetBet trying to make changes to my withdrawal method. I have been quoted a further 8days until the money is in my account. This is excessive amount of time for a payment to be processed. The withdrawal process is awkward and prolonged in comparison to other casino, I am not expecting this to be the end of my problems!

My bank is very efficient therefore if this was the case the money would be showing up at my bank. However this is not the case and I am still waiting for my withdrawal which has clearly not been processed yet.

I shall leave tho dispute open pending a successfully payout which I have awaited since feb23rd.

My withdrawal finally hit my account today. Netbet's staff are extremely polite but also very difficult to get in touch with despite claiming to operate a 24/7 service, whole process is very inefficient taking 7days to withdraw a small sum. Not sure I'd deposit with Netbet again but Thankyou for the resolution!
