NetBet Casino - Not received my withdrawal and been blocked from the site

I made a withdrawal request for 1030 on netbet and it was validated on the 26th November. I received an email to say it work take 5-7 working days. I was then told on the online help 10 working days. It has now been 12 working days still no money. Yesterday at 2.30pm I was told the issue had been sent to the financial department and we would hear from them in 24 hours. Nothing heard just been to go on the website and I have been blocked from it "server forbidden". Absolutely awful
