I have made a deposit of £250.00 via faster payment UK account to UK account.
14 hours later still not in my account!
I have sent them proof of payment 3 times, several emails, several live chats and have called the helpline.
All of my emails have been ignored. As I said I am £250 down with nothing to show for it, and they seem to think that I should just shut up and accept this.
Their finance department are beyond a joke and if this is a standard time frame then their practices are archaic.
