Good afternoon!

My name is Jay. I wish to complain about the Netbet Casino.
On 22 October 2014, I registered at this casino with a bonus code NETBET and received a no deposit bonus of 250 GBP. I wager this bonus by playing slots.
To do this, I have set the amount of more than 10,000 GBP! As a result, my balance was more than 800 GBP , clean money.
On October 24, 2014, I made a minimum deposit using Skrill and set for withdrawal 150 GBP.
The money I received on my account on 27 October. The remaining 650 GBP, casino has refused to pay me, referring to the fact that they are suspect me in an unknown winning strategy!
I played mostly in slots! Good heavens! About what strategy we can speak in slots?
This casino does not want to payout the money. If you are looking for honest casino, then it's definitely not here!

First of all, please allow me to say that we are very surprised by your accusations.

I kindly remind you that on the 31st of October, you talked to us on the phone, we informed you that your player account proved to be connected to a fraud ring and we offered you all the details you requested.

Please find below a reminder of what our Fraud Team found after completing their investigation:

-a very high number of player accounts were opened in the same manner and within a short period of time
-the accounts shared similar information
-the accounts had similar gaming activity

After having been carefully investigated by our Fraud Team, your player account proved to be connected to the accounts that were fraudulently opened on NetBet.

For any future reference, here is what our Terms and Conditions say concerning fraudulent activity on NetBet:

16.6. Cosmo reserves the right to cancel this Contract and to close your user account, at any time, without any reason, and at its sole discretion, or if certain activity on your part is brought to the attention of Cosmo Ltd and or its members, including but not limited to fraud, failure to abide by one or more clauses in this Contract, abuse of bonuses and other promotions and/or the improper use of the Application.

1.2.4. In the event of misuse and/or the opening of an excessive number of accounts (one per player), abuse of promotions, bonuses or any other offers promoted by us, NetBet reserves the right to close or block the accounts of the client in question until the matter between NetBet and the client is resolved.

Therefore, we think that allowing you to cash out £150 of your winnings was a very generous gesture on our part and we urge you to stop bringing accusations against NetBet.
