I have deposited several times on netbet using skrill without problems. When trying to make a withdrawal, they only allow me to do it by international bank transfer. They disabled skrill and neteller in my account so I can't withdraw money.
I contacted them and they told me this as an excuse:

It is incredible that you cannot withdraw to the same payment method you use to deposit. There are people who have been with this problem for two months and you continue with the excuse of the "technical problem". This is a fraud.
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
