I have been using NetBet for many years now without much bother. I've had to verify documents along the way but things always seem to be sorted within a matter days. This unfortunately has not been the case more recently.
After noticing four withdrawals that total just under £11 000 hadn't been processed since the 31st December I contacted both customer service and my account manager for assistance. I was asked for source of income documents which were all sent across and with my manager on the 3rd January. Roll over seven days later i am still non the wiser, account blocked and me chasing everyday to get the same response of no update.
This is the first time I've gone to withdraw such a large amount, hence my concern. The winnings were all legitimate and not related to any bonuses and the money used was all mine, and accounted for.
