I was using NetBet for a week. Everything was fine deposited about £500 during that time. Good selection of games etc. Requested Withdrawl of about £1900 in total on Thursday (I had already submitted all the relevant verification documents no problem). Made bets on Saturday and Sunday and then Sunday evening tried to log in and my Account has been banned. Contacted live chat who said someone would ring me they couldn’t discuss why. I phoned them and they said it was because I didn’t sent a selfie with my ID card. Strange but did that anyway. Emailed again and they said someone would ring me. Phoned again they said someone would ring me. Went on live chat and they said someone would email me. I am chasing shadows trying to get my money. I feel like this site is a scam I have never experienced problems with many other casinos. I really need my money that they are purposely holding from me.
