I have been a customer with Netbet since 2016. I have successfully withdrawn in the past (last process was a withdrawal of USD1200 in 2017). Given all these facts - one would assume I would not have any issues withdrawing.
I made the withdrawal on Sunday 29th Sept in which I was notified that it was registered. I contacted customer care on the 1st Oct to share my latest utility bill as I had changed address.
My withdrawal was pending until I recontacted Netbet again on 2nd/3rd Oct. Strangely, they required ID and a copy of the credit card (strange given I have been a customer for a number of years this should be on file, especially as I have successfully made withdrawals in the past), no problem, I spent a few minutes to share the information.
Fast forward to the 8th Oct and I was re-queried on my home address and now informed it would take another 24-48 hours. No explanation for the delay.
Starting this thread given the current issues and concerns with the ability to withdraw from this Casino.
