NetBet Casino - Unable to check if my account is successfully verified, does not respond or answer their phones

I want to find out if my documents have been sent correctly for verification.. I am owed 120.00 from net bet. I have phoned on the phone for 37.00 minutes no answer tried live chat doesn't work, left 3 emails no response hoping they will get back to me soon.
