Shocking.

Requested a withdrawal on 26/9/24.

Haven’t received anything to date, I have contacted them on their live chat numerous times to be told to wait and I will receive and email.

No emails received to date and just being fobbed off every time I contact them.

Even their complaints procedure is apparently a copy of the live chat?!

Please send me my money and close my account. I will take my business elsewhere.
