My withdrawals have been waiting for 10 days. This problem has been ongoing which is why I am finally turning to you AG. In Neospin's reply they said "If you have any further questions, we will be happy to answer them." Since my vip manager rarely gives me clear answers I took the casino team them up on their offer and asked a question here. Can you remind them that they said they would answer my questions please? Then I will consider my complaints resolved. TYVM AG!
