Withdrawal of 13 040,80 SEK confiscated and false accusations of duplicate accounts

Hello Askgamblers.
Yesterday i created an account at N1Casino and won 13 040,80 SEK.
This morning i woke up to this e-mail:
"Dear xxx,
Our system detected duplicate account and this is forbidden by the rules of the casino. You can create only one account here:
"Each player can create only one personal user account. Creating multiple user accounts by a player will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses. "

That's why your winnings are confiscated.
Also, during the investigation into your player`s account we found out that you have taken advantage of offers for the purposes of abusing the casino promotion.

So they have confiscated my winnings of 13 040,80 SEK.
What they are accusing me of is not right and totally false accusations. I dont have any duplicate accounts, and the casino is refusing to provide me with any sort of evidence.
In the chat they also wrote "As we can see there has been created more then 1 account from the same IP , device or address."
So i want evidence of which account they are accusing me of belonging to me. Cause i have receipts when i bought this computor, and i also have evidence when this IP started to functioning, and they will see that their accusations are wrong, cause it not possible. And also, im the only one living on this adress alone.
Please help me to get my winnings back.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with enough information and evidence on behalf N1 Casino management in regards of this complaint to confirm and justify the casino actions. Same IP address has been used by more then one account, included complainant's, therefore the player breached bonus term #3, by these actions.
3. Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail or IP address), unless stated otherwise.

And I would be glad if this complaint can be resolved fast, and get my winnings paid back to my account, so I can request the withdrawal, as N1Casino won’t be able in Sweden after the last December, and won’t pay out any money to Swedish players after the 1st January because of the new Swedish gambling regulation that will start after the New Year.

And as we can see on earlier complaints against N1 casino, this isn’t the first time they’ve falsely accused members and confiscated their money. This seems to be something they’ve putted in system as all their complaints against them is about duplicate accounts, and they’ve been wrong before.
