N1 Casino - Unfairly accused of having multiple accounts

I Deposited 1000kr to N1 casino, receiving a 50% bonus and therefore got 1500kr to play with. I managed to turn over the required amount and requested a withdrawal of 7000kr which I had won up to. They then went ahead and confiscated 6000kr, leaving me with only my deposit of 1000kr left. The explanation I got was that multiple accounts had been created from my IP address and that made the bonus invalid. I know that no one in my household or that is on my IP address has ever played on this casino and I therefore feel scammed by them taking my winnings. I have previously made one withdrawal from the site successfully. I have tried to resolve this with N1 Casino support but all I got back was the same statement as earlier. I really need help to get my money back since I know I am in the right and feel cheated of my winnings.

our system has automatically recognized two accounts that have been created per one IP address. Both of them received bonuses at casino. It contradicts the point of casino's rules which states that "Only one bonus is awarded per person (e-mail or IP address), unless stated otherwise."

Based on this rule your winnings in amount of 6000 SEK have been confiscated. You can continue playing without bonuses but you're still eligible for VIP rewards at casino.
