I just signed up to N1 casino and was checking reviews to see if it was a good casino to try. I received an email at 8:37 and it says, "Lifehack! If you make a deposit in the nearest 1 hour after opening this email, you'll get an extra 30 CAD (x30) in Live Chat!
So I went through the link in the email and deposited. After that I went straight to support to get the extra 30 spins. I started talking at 9:28. She asked for screenshots which I sent, by this time I've been in chat for awhile. At 9:31 she tells me that bonus is there accept the only thing there are the free spins that came with first deposit.
By the time the chat is done it's gone past the hour that I received the email but not the hour from when I opened it. She tries to tell me that I deposited before even getting this email, so I'm being accused of lying! I don't know if there is a time difference between me, eastern standard time, and the site but I deposited from the link in the email I received at 8:37. I mean I didn't even get the email to confirm my email address until 8:26, so how could I have deposited before this? I opened email around 9:15 or 9:20. Email says deposit in the nearest hour AFTER OPENING. Which I did.
If I could have gotten my deposit back without the hassle of proving who I was, I would have.
I won't be depositing here again if this isn't made right. And I think I'm owed an apology for the way this support person, Nadia, treated me. I don't lie or take advantage of anyone. I'm including screenshots of email and conversation with Nadia.
