I have funds on mystake 884 €. I have provided all the data they have requested from me, and also a video. Haven't received any answer is it approved or not since 6.october except "please be informed that your video is still in process"
I can't make any withdrawals still because verification is in process, and also don't understand how much I need to wait to withdraw my funds.
It's been a week and they haven't been able to watch a one-minute video?
I am unhappy with current situation on Mystake because it takes too long just to review a video that I made as they have requested.
Please help complete verification that I can make a withdrawal.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
They have tell me it is necessary 3 working days to funds be visible on my account. I have make withdrawal of Usdt on my binance account today. I will make a confirmation when withdrawal has been made
I have recieved this on 15 th ocotober.
"I asked the relevant department, and they will inform you about the resolution of the case on the 20th of October via email."
