I made two deposits from two different my bank accounts. First 18/06/21 - 72.48£, second - 18/06/21 - 144.95£. money never showed up in my casino account. they said they didn't have them, that I should talk to my bank. Both my banks gave me authorization codes and said the money was out of my bank. The casino asked me to send my bank statement, I sent them. Two months have passed and they still make me wait. I am sending you confirmation of transfers, screenshots of conversations with the casino and the bank. They promised me to send email but I still don't have one. I talk to the casino every other day and do the same thing all the time.
