A few months ago, I registered with mystake and completed KYC verification, then deposited money into mystake's sports betting platform. My luck was terrible, and I lost over $10,000 in a month, which was very frustrating. Then, in July, I started winning some money. On July 21st, I requested a withdrawal, but they rejected it.
They asked me to film a video with the date, my name, their website, and my user name, and to read out this information in English.
I did as they asked, but they told me to wait for an email response. Fifteen days later, on August 4th, I finally received an email from them saying the video had been verified. During this time, I continued betting on sports, and my account had accumulated $10,114. I requested a withdrawal, but they rejected it again. Even though I had completed all their requirements, they still wouldn't allow me to withdraw the money from my account.
They've repeatedly denied my withdrawals.
Now, I can't place bets or withdraw funds from my account. I need a reasonable explanation. Askgamblers, please help me. Thank you very much.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
They have restarted my account and allowed me to withdraw $7450. According to their terms, the weekly withdrawal limit is $7500, so I will withdraw the remaining balance next week.
