When you request a withdrawal, they close your account and send you an email saying that the account is under investigation , which lasts for 6 months! I asked them to give me my money and not to open it again but they refuse. And it's not much, only 200 euros!!
My account is verified.
They even asked me to send them a video and I did and they replied that I am fully verified.
I have not received any bonus. I have played betting and slots. I've been waiting for over 3 months and they won't even let me log into my account.
I already know their answer. They will send the same prepared message that they have sent to the others who have a complaint from what I saw,
