I've got an issue with MYSTAKE bookies. I have won around 5,000 euros 2 months ago. Tried to withdraw 4,000 but unfortunately got a message ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. I can't even log in to check my balance. USER BLOCKED message is showing. I've sent an email to customer service asking for an explanation. They replied that my account is under investigation and it might get up to 6 months. I'm sending questions every week about the progress and still getting the same info. I'm quite worried about this situation. That's why I'm asking ASKGAMBLERS for help.

You have suspended my account after one big winner. And it was 7 fold accumulator. You cant do that after every big acca winner because you will end up with NO CUSTOMERS! Unless you are focused only on those one who's loosing. Then its understandable... But not fair same time for us - for your customers.
