Hello. I sent video to Mystake for video verification, support said I should wait 48 hours, but 9 days pass already.

Amount is 2389.29.They are not answering on email anymore, support says that they have a lot of verification that's why they delaying time.

But 9 days is not 5,its a lot already.

I ask you to affect on Mystake casino, because they don't want to verify me and delaying verification out of their norms.

For more security, we required user video verification. If the user successfully passes that process, he will be able to withdraw his winnings.
