Hello. I sent video to Mystake for video verification, support said I should wait 48 hours, but 9 days pass already.
Amount is 2389.29.They are not answering on email anymore, support says that they have a lot of verification that's why they delaying time.
But 9 days is not 5,its a lot already.
I ask you to affect on Mystake casino, because they don't want to verify me and delaying verification out of their norms.
