I want to file a complaint about the semi-annual investigation of my account.
At the end of September, I registered with Mystake. I finished verification. Made deposits totaling 1520 Euro (Skrill). I bet on sports, at first I lost most of the time.
But when I won and the amount of the current balance increased to 3911 Euro, I requested my first withdrawal of 2000 Euro (Skrill). The account was blocked and video verification was requested with an ID and a piece of paper with my data. This video was sent the same day. The account is now unblocked, but the payout has been declined and a new one cannot be issued - Error "You do not have a permission to make a withdraw".
Live-chat and email support respond that my account is under investigation, which can last up to 6 months. (Last E-mail from Mystake - Dear Konstantin, Please, keep in mind, investigations can take 6 months. Before the investigation, it is not appropriate to request a withdrawal.)
I played in Mystake for 1 week and now I have to wait 6 months for money - it seems to me that this is not normal. Please speed up the process.
