Hello askgamblers,
I'm contacting you regarding a problem I'm having with mystake, 1 week ago (13/06) I decided to make my first withdrawal (3100€), and it was promptly declined.
Afterwards, mystake requested video verification.
It's been a whole week and the timelapse they denied first (48 hours) has passed 5 days ago.
I'm contacting you in hope it will help me receive the balance I'm owed.
