Hello. I registered, didn't use any bonuses, made several sports bets, several casino bets. Won and lost. Then my account was blocked after requesting money. They say they will check for up to 6 months.
It's been about 2 months already. Nothing changed. They don't pay money. I think it’s not normal to investigate ordinary bets in roulette and sports betting for six months. I don’t know which screenshots to attach to the complaint, so I’ll attach a few from the betting history and a screenshot of the life chat with technical support. Please help

The account is under investigation due to suspicious sports betting. The process might take up to a maximum of 6 months.
According to our T&Cs, ''The Company reserves the right to hold the withdrawals for the time needed to investigate violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws on the part of the Player.''

We will notify you as soon as the investigation is completed. Winnings will remain in your account and if our suspicion is not confirmed, you will be able to withdraw all funds.

Dear all,

After careful consideration and evaluation of the situation at hand, and taking into account the significant duration of time that needed for the casino's investigation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team had no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved.

We do, however, recommend Mystake Casino to request a reopening of the complaint, once the investigation has been concluded.
