I won big on mystake 12000 euro the casino is refusing to pay I verified my accounts with video and send in 4 documents to prove that I am me.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. As stated previously, the user has violated our terms & conditions; his account is associated with multiple accounts, and all are considered bonus hunting. These accounts share the same devices and IP addresses.
