I have used Mystake for a while now and everything worked very well, I like the site very much. I then wanted to withdraw some of my money from the account and the withdrawal request was denied and they told me to send in videoproof of me saying my name and other personal stuff. I, of course, made the video and sent it in accordingly. I sent in the document the 26th of June and I get a confirmation email from Mystake that it is received. Now I have gotten no updates about this matter in my email, live chat can't do anything and I am completely left in the dark with money in my account and withdrawals blocked. I have tried to reach out to them almost daily to see whether I could get some kind of update or if I need to send in more documents, but I get the same response all the time. I have 3 752,98 euros inside the account. Please help me solve this query because I am starting to get worried, inside the account is my hard earnt money.
