I am trying to withdraw a balance of EUR 380 but can't do so as my account has been closed due to gambling addiction and I have no access to it. I have contacted MyStake on numerous occasions but they aren't replying.
I have an email from their Compliance manager confirming I can withdraw EUR380 but have no way of doing so.
