Won 210EUR over the course of a day (17-01-2022) requested four separate withdrawals to the same ETH wallet. (50EUR, 50EUR, 100.48EUR, 60EUR).
Queried this with live chat on the 18th, who told me the money had been transferred already. When I disputed this, they asked to contact [email protected]. Who just told me:
"Hello dear user. Please allow up to a day for these to arrive, if they are still not added please get back to us".
"Dear User Please be informed that Withdrawals require three business days for us to process."
"Your withdrawal has been completed by our side."
I have requested the transaction hashes of the disputed transfers, and have not yet had a response. Will update complaint when I do.

As soon as we understood that you didn't get funds even though transactions were successful according to our system, we thoroughly investigated the case. As we found out Ethereum didn't approve transactions due to the amount limit. Please see the attached photo as proof.
We have two ways right now.
1. We'll try to process the transactions one more time in the same way, however, there is a chance we get a negative result as before.
2. We'll return the money to your Mystake account and you will make a withdrawal with another payment method, for example, Bitcoin or Bank transfer (SEPA)
