I have another problem with withdrawing my money in Myempire casiono. Last time i must waiting for 4 weeks for a transfer. I am afraid that the situation will repeat itself because I have been waiting now for a week. I ordered withdrawals on March 17, 18 and 19. Today, after a week of waiting, the status has not changed. Live support keeps responding with the same copied sentences. They talk about delays and not to worry. However, for me it is not normal to wait for weeks for my money. The regulations say that processing a withdrawal takes from 3 to 5 days, which is not true.
I have 5500 euros to withdraw. If I have to wait a month for each withdrawal, the whole process will take half a year.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.
Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.
And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We would like to kindly confirm that your pending withdrawals were cancelled and you played down the funds.
Moreover, there are not any pending withdrawals and active balance in your account.
