I am asking for your help. I requested a withdrawal from the casino on 22.11.2025, 650€.
The casino rules state that all withdrawals must be processed within 3 banking days from the moment the withdrawal request is submitted.
In my case, 5 business days have already passed. No one accepted or withdrew my funds.
The customer service asked me to contact them, which I did,d but nothing is happening. They told me just "it's going to take a few more days"
Please could you help me?
