I am asking for your help. I requested a withdrawal from the casino on 13.9.2024 , 440€.
The casino rules state that all withdrawals must be processed within 3 banking days from the moment the withdrawal request is submitted.
In my case, 4 business days have already passed. No one accepted and withdrew my funds.
The customer service asked me to contact them, what I did but nothing is happening. We told me just " its take few days more"
Please could you help me?
I like this casino, but right now I am a bit disappointed. First time problem with withdrawal.
