The casino does not comply with its own terms.
I have requested a withdrawal, but they have not approved within their own deadline.
In chat, they say everything looks good, so there should be no reason for the delay.
I see several players writing about the same problem, this is simply too bad. I have given notice via chat that I would file a complaint if they do not meet the deadline, so they have had the opportunity to fix this before I submitted a complaint. Unfortunately, they did not comply with this, so I am now filing a complaint.
