The case is this, whenever I try to make a withdrawal, the withdrawal button leads me to make a deposit.
I have tried different payment methods, different browsers, and via mobile and PC. All the same.
I have contacted Myempire Casino live chat and they asked me to prove this and I did. They told me to send an email about the case and I did it a week ago.
It's been over a week now since I sent an email and no response. Live chat also told me they would ask manual transfer but still nothing happened. This was also a week ago.
I have attached pictures of what happens when I try to withdraw. I hope this is clear enough
