it is the third time in a row now that I have 3 pending withdrawals (EUR 500,00 each) at MyEmpire - in total EUR 1,500.00 again.
According to their terms and conditions I should be paid after 3 days latest - this time has passed some days ago.
Please support / help.

I received the funds I complained about.
Nevertheless, it is left to say that during the last pay out process MyEmpire AGAIN has cancelled another withdrawal for allegedly “technical reasons”. This means they paid out the missing 500€ for this complaint but cancelled another 500€ which were in the same circle.
In my opinion this is absolutely customer unfriendly and does not show that MyEmpire is willing to improve regarding their payout behaviour.
I will have to open another complaint for the 500€ now..
