I deposit at this casino at 24.10.2016, and then demand refund because I did not want to play at this casino the same day. The costumer said then it would take 4 days, I contacted them again 27.10.2016 and they sent me email and even approved the the refund at 200 euro back to my Neteller account, today still not received it, and they keep telling me its coming, when? next christmas? This unacceptable since its a refund of my deposit, I have not even played there yet. Other casino will refund your money within 2 hours and will show up in your Neteller account. Casinos like Guts. Betsson ;nordicbet etc. I will send you screenshoot.
