888 Casino - My deposit disappeared, no further info or help

I made my first deposit of 10usd to try out the site cause of the very good rating and cause it had a bonus of first deposit: You´d deposit 10usd and they´d give you another 10usd.

So i made my deposit (this was about 2 hours ago) by my account of Neteller and it was successful and my money appeared on my cashier, the hole 20usd.

5 seconds later i turned the page to the tournament section and it was all gone! My cashier was in zero and also my ticket tournament that was part of the bonus and was there after the deposit was gone!

I tried to comunicate via phone, they never answered, i try to comunicate via live chat, the live chat is not working, i email several times, i only get automatic answers with NO help at all.

I really dont know what happened here but i wanted fixed! I am not accusing anyone from anything. I just want the money back in my cashier or my deposit anulated and my money back in Neteller.

This site is my last hope, it may seem not a big amount of money but its a lot for me. I really hope this messagge will work and call someones attention.
