Delay in payout and verification
I won approx £9000 at the beginning of May and when I withdrew it the withdrawal was declined as they said my account was not verified. However I had previously verified my account, and under the “account verification” page all details were verified. However they asked for more documentation which I provided.
My account was then verified again and I tried to withdraw but was told my FIFO payment method was wrong on my account, so they updated it and asked me to try again to withdraw they money. I did and then they came back to me to say my account was not verified.
I explained it was verified and they had sent me an email to confirm but I was asked to send further documents to verify my account. I did this and there is literally nothing more they can ask for. I have sent bank statements for 3 accounts dating back 12 months, I have sent PayPal statements, I have sent proof of income, I have sent proof of investments, I have sent proof of a lodger I have living with me (what that has to do with my online casino account I have no idea) and I have also requested numerous call backs so that I can actually speak to a person but no one ever calls me back.
And now they are not responding to emails. I won the money back in the start of May, my account was verified on the 1st June, on the same day I tried the withdrawal and that’s when I was told about the FIFO.
On 2nd June an email asking me to try the withdrawal again, then 3rd of June I was asked to send all my documents again.
And since 3rd of June there’s been over 20 emails back and forth and saying the same thing, your documents are being processed, but they have already been processed. But because no one will call me I can’t speak to anyone and now I have had no email since Saturday.
I think the problem is they don’t realise my account is already verified, but I have deposited quite a lot of money to Mr Vegas and so when I win I would like to withdraw it.
Can anyone help?
