Mr Vegas Casino - Account suspension pending source of funds and source of wealth
My account was deactivated at the end of March. I have funds still in the account which I cannot withdraw.
My gmail storage was full ( I didn’t initially know this)
Mr Vegas had sent emails which I had not received due to the above issue/
I used my PayPal account to deposit - this is also a business account.
Without my knowledge they had been emailing to ask me to use another payment method. Then my account was suspended. After several weeks and no luck via the live chat I realised I had not received any emails since the end of January so I resolved the storage issue.
I can now receive emails however several conversations to find out why the suspension had occurred . I received an email requesting some documents - after sending documents that were requested I have been given a ‘no update ‘ response since April - I have waited for 2 months for a resolve to take place but I cannot even get an answer from the team I sent my documents to ?
I’m really at a loss about what I can do - there is no one to talk to and every time I email with a request for an update - there isn’t one ?
