I paid out Sunday 11.09 an amount of 10570kr with Trustly. The money does not arrive in my Bank account until now. I contact Customer service from that day because every time before when I pay out the money arrived in max of 5 min. Customer service says to me that the money will come the next day in my gaming account. I write to them all these days and they say that can not do anything and work on the case, and I must wait. I think something is wrong and I want to have my money. Thank you very much for your help.
