Mr Green Casino - Three weeks and still have not received my withdrawal

I’ve been trying to get my 3500 dollars two days after my request they finally decided to ask me for all my documents which I then sent to them right away which I received a email stating my identity has been verified a week went by with nothing showing up in my account so I go onto chat help line where I’m told I had to still verify my account had to send in bank statement where it took a whole day to send in something they were satisfied with it has now been 4 business days and a weekend with no withdrawal added to my bank account and no one on there 24/ h help chat line will answer my questions getting really upset

Please let us know if there's an update regarding your ongoing complaint.
