They don't verify my account or respond to my contact attempts
I have 60 euros in my account that I can't withdraw because Mr Green requires new ID documents and proof of address. I have asked them many times for about a month to change the address information on my account, but they just don't respond or react to my contact attempts.
I have sent the required invoice, which shows my new address, but it has been rejected every time because the address does not match the address on my account. Everytime I just get the same automatic message: "address of the document does not match."
The first time I contacted them was via chat, where I requested a change of address and uploaded the documents needed to verify the account via chat, the chat support person said they would forward the information. Nothing happened and I uploaded the documents again via the web upload page and sent a new request by email to: securitymanagement(at)mrgreen.com. The messages were not answered and I sent a reminder message.. Nothing was heard, so on 25.3.25 I finally sent a complaint about their complaint to int_second_opinion(at)mrgreen.com. They have not responded to anything either.
So they have completely ignored me and I guess they hope I will lose my money playing their casino games.
This kind of behavior is really despicable and unforgivable.
