Payment for $ 1275 delayed more than 30 days


I have been trying for more than 30 days to make a withdrawal through a bank transfer. On August 18 I made my first withdrawal for $ 75 I chose the method of payment by bank transfer, the live chat told me that my payment had been approved and that I waited 3 to 5 days to receive the payment, I kept playing and won another $ 1200, with which I proceeded to make another withdrawal for $ 1200 that had also been approved by the payment department, they spent the 5 days that they asked me to wait to verify my bank account and I had not received any payment. I communicated with the live chat and they told me that there had been an error detected by their payment provider that waited for an email from them indicating what the error had been. After a few days they tell me that they had already solved the problem that proceeds to make the withdrawal, which I did on Saturday, September 15, again they told me that the withdrawal had been approved and that I waited 5 days to receive my earnings and Enjoy my earnings. After 5 days, I am surprised that my funds had been reimbursed to my account at mr green, I communicated with the live chat and they told me that once again I detected an error, Miss < personal info removed > told me that she personally I was going to escalate the problem to the payment department that I already knew which person to turn to for a solution. Today, Monday, the 24th, I contact her again and she tells me that she still does not have an answer from the payment department. I have been waiting for more than 30 days to receive my earnings. I believe that you are not taking my case with the seriousness that should be addressed. I hope to arrive at a solution as soon as possible. because this topic has me quite stressed and worried. Mr Green 5360 euro locked after KYC no reply from ID or Complaints team
Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Mr Green account, which currently has €5,360 locked due to a pending address verification.

On October 16, I emailed [email protected]
with a full explanation and attached all required verification documents (photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address). In that email, I clarified that I had mistakenly entered my father’s address during registration, but my official registered address is my mother’s residence, and I attached proof confirming this.

The same day I received an automated reply from Mr Green, confirming receipt of my message and stating that I would get a response within 72 hours. However, no one ever contacted me.

After 10 days with no reply, I sent a reminder email on October 26 to the same address.
Then, on October 27, I also contacted [email protected]
to escalate the matter — still without any response.

As of today, more than three weeks have passed, and my account remains restricted despite me having provided all required KYC documents and explanations.

I have also reviewed other complaints from customers on AskGamblers, and it’s clear that this is not the first time Mr Green has failed to respond to verification or payment-related issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Requested resolution:

Complete my KYC verification.

Unlock my account.

Release my balance of €5,360 immediately.
