I would like to file an complaint of mr green casinos withelding withdrawals and lack of communication.
For once i won at the casino. On 13.7.2025 i made a withdrawal of 6800€ (reference id 851766669158, briefly after that i was paid 2205€. The rest, 4595€ is still on processing state.
Got an email saying that my withdraw is cancelled, and they'll wire transfer the remaining withdrawal.
Still haven't heard any updates regading the withdraw
Sent id and bank statement two different times, and it is confirmed by live chat that my account is verified.
Live chat is not very helpful, basically they say everytime that i have just to wait for email updates.
Seems that mr green is just stalling on payment, and i think i will not see the money later if ever without your help.
