I requested a withdrawal of €5,487 from Mr Green Casino on March 7, 2025 via Trustly (Transaction IDs: 808725908732 and 808729903548). However, as of today (March 21, 2025), I have only received €487. The remaining €5,000 is still missing.
I have contacted Mr Green’s customer support multiple times via live chat. Each time, I was assured that the withdrawal was "in process" or that the payments team was looking into it. I was also asked to wait without being given a clear timeframe or valid reason for the delay.
After exhausting all communication with their support, I sent a formal complaint to their internal complaints team on March 20, 2025. I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution.
I am now requesting AskGamblers’ help to resolve this matter and ensure that Mr Green processes the remaining $5,000 of my withdrawal without further delay.
